Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality settings (Hotel, Wellness Facility, Spa, or Aesthetic Clinic).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Currently based in Bali or willing to relocate.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client bookings, cancellations, and waiting lists accurately.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, Facebook, email, and walk-ins.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful tone in all client communications.
