Ini Vie Hospitality in Badung, Bali is seeking a Front Office Staff member for a full-time role. You will be the face of the property, greeting guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, and delivering world-class service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities include managing reservations, answering inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Fluency in English is required, with Indonesian or other languages a plus; a Hospitality certification is

Experience in front office, reception or guest services in hospitality.
Excellent customer service orientation and professional appearance.
Proficient in using property management systems and basic computer apps.

Responsabilités

Greet guests and manage check-ins/check-outs with accuracy.
Handle inquiries about rooms, facilities, and local attractions with enthusiasm.
Process reservations, amendments and cancellations in the PMS.
Provide information on hotel services and local recommendations.
Manage telephone inquiries and direct calls appropriately.
Resolve guest complaints with empathy and swift action.
