Ini Vie Hospitality in Seminyak, Bali, is seeking a Front Office Day Worker to join our guest services team. This on-site role supports check-ins, check-outs and daily front desk operations with daytime shifts to meet the needs of our busy hotel.

We value exceptional guest experiences, strong English communication, and a proactive, professional approach to problem solving in a vibrant Bali setting.

Competenze

• Experience in a front office, reception or guest-facing role in hospitality.
• Fluent English; other Asian language skills advantageous.
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
• Proficient with hotel PMS and computer applications including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying professional.

Mansioni

• Greet guests, check-in and assign rooms; issue keys.
• Process check-outs and settle accounts.
• Answer guest questions about facilities, attractions and services.
• Manage calls and emails and direct requests appropriately.
• Assist with reservations, modifications, cancellations and upgrades.
• Maintain guest records in the PMS and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve issues.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Provide concierge services including restaurant bookings and transport.
• Process payments accurately and maintain front office cleanliness.
• Support with administrative tasks and data entry as required.
