Job summary

PT SAVINO DEL BENE in Surabaya is seeking a Business Development Executive in Freight Forwarding. You will form a customer base by scheduling, cold calling, traveling to and meeting prospective clients, issuing quotes, preparing bids, and delivering formal presentations.

You will develop relationships with customers, target new business, and coordinate with various departments and overseas offices to meet logistics requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and maturity to achieve targets.
• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Based in Surabaya; willing to work on site.

Responsibilities

• Forming a customer base by scheduling, cold calling, traveling to and meeting prospective customers, issuing quotes, preparing bids, and presenting services.
• Developing relationships with customers and generating new business.
• Meeting monthly targets set by Management.
• Maintaining constant communication with various departments and overseas offices to meet customers' logistics requirements.
• Maintaining accurate sales records and quotations.
• Assisting Accounts Receivable with tracking payments from customers.
