PT SAVINO DEL BENE in Surabaya is seeking a Business Development Executive in Freight Forwarding. You will form a customer base by scheduling, cold calling, traveling to and meeting prospective clients, issuing quotes, preparing bids, and delivering formal presentations.

You will develop relationships with customers, target new business, and coordinate with various departments and overseas offices to meet logistics requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and maturity to achieve targets.
• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Based in Surabaya; willing to work on site.

Business Development Executive (in Freight Forwarding) - Surabaya

Forming a customer base by scheduling, cold calling, traveling to and attempting customer appointments within your territory, issuing quotes, preparing bids, and making formal presentations to prospective customers, and demonstration services offered.

Developing relationships with customers and generating new business.

Meeting monthly targets are given by Management.

Maintaining constant communication with various departments and overseas offices to deliver on customers' logistics requirements.

Maintaining accurate sales records and quotations.

Assisting the Accounts Receivable Department with tracking payments from the customer base.

Job Requirements

Based in Surabaya (please indicate your preferred work location in your application).

Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.

Proven record of accomplishment of sales achievements.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Possess maturity, confidence, and perseverance to achieve targets.
