Job summary

PT Lets Cosmetic Indonesia is seeking an enthusiastic Affiliate Marketing Manager to recruit, onboard and manage 400 affiliate creators under a 1-month contract. The role focuses on beauty products, creator outreach, and timely content submission.

You will monitor performance via TikTok Seller Center, maintain daily creator progress, and report campaign updates to the internal team. Strong communication, organization, and the ability to work remotely are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing, KOL/creator management, or social media.
• Experience in the beauty industry is highly preferred.
• Familiar with TikTok Seller Center, especially Affiliate Center and creator management features.
• Able to complete agreed creator and content targets within the 1-month contract period.
• Able to work independently in a WFH/remote setup.
• Having an existing network of beauty creators/affiliates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate 400 affiliate creators throughout the 1-month contract period.

• Provide regular updates to the internal team regarding campaign progress and any issues that require follow-up.
• Identify high-performing creators and maintain good relationships for potential future collaborations.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with daily targets.

Able to consistently update the daily working sheet and keep creator progress up to date.

Able to work independently in a WFH/remote setup.

Able to complete the agreed creator and content targets within the 1-month contract period.

Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for creator tracking and reporting.
