Job summary

PT Lets Cosmetic Indonesia is seeking an enthusiastic Affiliate Marketing Manager to recruit, onboard and manage 400 affiliate creators under a 1-month contract. The role focuses on beauty products, creator outreach, and timely content submission.

You will monitor performance via TikTok Seller Center, maintain daily creator progress, and report campaign updates to the internal team. Strong communication, organization, and the ability to work remotely are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing, KOL/creator management, or social media.
• Experience in the beauty industry is highly preferred.
• Familiar with TikTok Seller Center, especially Affiliate Center and creator management features.
• Able to complete agreed creator and content targets within the 1-month contract period.
• Able to work independently in a WFH/remote setup.
• Having an existing network of beauty creators/affiliates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate 400 affiliate creators throughout the 1-month contract period.
• Recruit and onboard affiliate creators, especially within the beauty category.
• Manage creator communication, content submission, posting schedule, and campaign follow-ups.
• Achieve a target of 800 affiliate videos within the 1-month contract period.
• Monitor affiliate performance, content output, orders, and GMV through TikTok Seller Center.
• Follow up with creators regarding product samples, content requirements, posting, and campaign progress.
• Maintain regular communication with creators and ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Update the daily working sheet with creator progress, outreach, content submission, and other campaign activities.
• Provide regular updates to the internal team regarding campaign progress and any issues that require follow-up.
• Identify high-performing creators and maintain good relationships for potential future collaborations.
