Job summary

Mezink, a performance-driven TikTok affiliate operation, is seeking a hands-on execution specialist to manage scale across Spain, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. You will drive 500+ videos per month and own daily output, timelines, and creator delivery.

You will source, onboard, and activate TikTok creators at scale, push for targets, track samples and posting timelines, and coordinate with the TikTok Affiliate Center to keep momentum across markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in TikTok affiliate / influencer operations.
• Strong working knowledge of TikTok Affiliate Center.
• Highly process-driven with strong follow-up discipline.
• Takes ownership and pushes for output.

You will be responsible for managing scale, driving output, and ensuring creators deliver consistently. You will work on high-scale TikTok affiliate campaigns across markets including Spain, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
