Job summary

NIBS in Bali is looking for a friendly Waitress / Floor Staff to join our vibrant restaurant team. You will greet guests, explain the self-serve concept, and help ensure a memorable dining experience.

You’ll handle basic cashier duties, keep areas clean, follow SOPs, and work with the team to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, and Bahasa Indonesia would be an advantage.
• Previous experience in Waitress, Floor Staff or similar hospitality role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Explain the self-serve concept and help customers when needed.
• Prepare and maintain frozen yoghurt machines, toppings, and serving areas.
• Keep the store, dining area, and equipment clean and well-organised.

• Support daily opening and closing procedures.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth store operations.

What you\'ll be doing
