Job summary

Daimyo Bali is launching a vibrant new venue in Seminyak, Bali, seeking a dedicated Waitress to deliver outstanding service from day one. You will be part of a dynamic team, providing warm, personable hospitality and contributing to a memorable guest experience.

In this role, you will present menus, upsell items, manage multiple tables, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Sharp memory for details, guest preferences, and VIP recognition.

Prior knowledge of rum, fine wines, and premium spirits is a definite advantage.

Experience operating POS systems (such as Moka, Quinos, or Raptor) is preferred.

Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish, Russian, or Mandarin is a plus.

Professional presentation, warm demeanor, and a customer-centric attitude.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening/late shifts.
