Eka Jaya Group, a leader in the beauty industry, seeks a Performance Management & Operation Excellence Specialist to lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for its premium brands from the Alam Sutera office.

You will analyze COGS, manufacturing costs, margins, and working capital, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure financial alignment and timely reporting for strategic decisions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in FP&A within FMCG, manufacturing, or related sectors preferred.
• Strong costing, P&L management, and working capital knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across commercial and manufacturing functions.
• Analyze COGS, COGM, cost structures, and margins to drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Monitor P&L performance and provide variance analysis to guide decisions.
• Track working capital components to support cash flow.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain for financial alignment.
• Prepare financial reports and budget vs. actual analyses for stakeholders.
• Present insights and recommendations to management.
