Job summary

PT Indogal Agro Trading is seeking a detail-oriented FAT Administrator to support branch finance operations, including AR, credit verification, and invoicing. You will manage AR processes, maintain accurate records in the ERP system, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Warehouse for smooth operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 1 year of AR/finance administration experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance Administration.
• Strong AR management, collections, and account reconciliation knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems, with Odoo experience a plus.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, with good communication and problem-solving skills.

This role ensures accurate financial records, timely invoicing, effective collection activities, and smooth branch operational administration.
