Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance Admin.
• Strong AR management, collection and reconciliation knowledge.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems; Odoo is a plus.
• Detail oriented with good communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AR processes: invoicing, tax invoices, collections, aging, and payment monitoring.
• Conduct customer data administration and credit verification.
• Prepare and maintain accurate transaction records in the ERP system.
• Manage branch petty cash and related reporting.
• Support inventory administration, stock reconciliation and receiving docs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse and customers to ensure smooth operations.
