Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance Admin.
• Strong AR management, collection and reconciliation knowledge.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems; Odoo is a plus.
• Detail oriented with good communication and problem solving.

We are looking for a detail-oriented FAT Administrator to support branch finance operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), customer administration, credit verification, inventory administration, and transaction reporting. This role ensures accurate financial records, timely invoicing, effective collection activities, and smooth branch operational administration.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, tax invoices, collections, AR aging, and customer payment monitoring.

Conduct customer data administration and credit verification processes.

Prepare and maintain accurate transaction records in the ERP system.

Manage branch petty cash and ensure proper documentation and reporting.

Support inventory administration, stock reconciliation, and goods receiving documentation.

Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and customers to ensure smooth operational processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance Administration, or Accounting.

Strong understanding of AR management, collection processes, and account reconciliation.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Accounting systems (Odoo experience is a plus).

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
