Job summary

Indogal Agro Indonesia is seeking an AR/Finance Administrator in Balikpapan to manage accounts receivable, invoicing, collections and ERP data integrity. The role requires handling credit checks and ensuring precise financial records for the branch.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 1 year of AR or accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in AR, finance administration or accounting.
• Solid understanding of AR management, collections and reconciliation.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP/accounting systems (Odoo a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable, invoicing, tax invoices, collections and AR aging.
• Handle customer administration and credit verification.
• Maintain accurate transaction records in the ERP system.
• Manage branch petty cash and documentation.
• Support inventory administration, stock reconciliation and goods receiving documentation.
