• Record and file financial documents accurately.
• Support tax reporting and administration processes.
• Monitor receivables and payables and coordinate with operations.

Accounting Staff position based in Medan, Sumatera Utara. The role involves managing financial transactions, documentation, and accounting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Verify transaction documents and financial administration
• Conduct stock opname and perform costing calculations and analysis
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports
• Reconcile transaction data, cash, bank, and financial accounts
• Ensure all accounting processes and tasks are executed correctly and on time
• Record and file financial documents neatly and accurately
• Assist with tax reporting and administration processes in accordance with applicable regulations
• Monitor company receivables and payables and ensure data is recorded correctly
• Coordinate with operational teams and related departments in providing financial data
• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing required documents

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum 1 year experience as Accounting Staff (Fresh graduates welcome to apply)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of General Accounting and Taxation
• Understanding of basic taxation such as PPh and PPN
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work according to targets and deadlines
