Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, credit control, banking, and financing administration.
• Experience with vendor payments, invoicing, AR aging, and bank reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Odoo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and process supplier invoices for accuracy and timely payments.
• Prepare and coordinate vendor payments with proper documentation.
• Issue customer and tax invoices and manage billing documentation.
• Monitor accounts receivable and AR aging reports.
• Manage customer credit exposure and banking documentation.
• Coordinate financing facilities and loan-related documentation.
