Job summary

PT Indogal Agro Trading is seeking a detail-oriented FAT Administrator to support branch finance operations, including AR, credit verification, and invoicing. You will manage AR processes, maintain accurate records in the ERP system, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Warehouse for smooth operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 1 year of AR/finance administration experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance Administration.
Strong AR management, collections, and account reconciliation knowledge.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems, with Odoo experience a plus.
Detail-oriented, analytical, with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes including invoicing, tax invoices, collections, AR aging, and customer payment monitoring.
Conduct customer data administration and credit verification processes.
Prepare and maintain accurate transaction records in the ERP system.
Manage branch petty cash and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
Support inventory administration, stock reconciliation, and goods receiving documentation.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and customers to ensure smooth operational processes.
