Job summary

Cermati Indonesia is seeking a Field Sales Supervisor in Bogor to drive area targets and lead a team of 15–20 promoters. You will visit merchants daily, build strong relationships with store PICs, and ensure programs meet sales goals.

You will coordinate with partner operations to monitor market conditions, train the field team, and address field issues. The role requires leadership, good communication, and MS Office proficiency, with willingness to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in related field.
• Strong leadership and able to manage team and area; good communication and social media marketing.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel; able to work shifting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area.
• Daily visit to merchants and build good relationships with store PIC.
• Ensure programs in the area run well and targets are met.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field issues.
• Handle around 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Monitor the daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refresher training for Promoters.
