Job summary

PT Indodana Multi Finance is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Cirebon to drive area targets and lead a field team of Promoters. You will manage daily merchant visits, foster strong relationships with store PICs, and coordinate with partner operations to monitor market activity and program execution.

The role requires proven leadership, communication and sales skills, with experience in supervising a team of 15–20 Promoters and training field staff. This is an on-site position in Cirebon.

Qualifications

• Minimal education: Senior High School or Diploma.
• 2+ years of experience in related field.
• Experience in sales, leadership and team management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in the area.
• Daily visits to merchants and building good relationships with PIC stores.
• Ensure programs in the area run well and targets are met.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams to obtain information on sales, competitors and field issues.
• Manage around 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field training and refreshment training for Promoters.
• Placement: Cirebon.
