Job summary

Cermati is seeking a Field Sales Leader to drive sales targets in the Surabaya region. You will visit merchants daily, build strong relationships with store PICs, and ensure programs meet targets while coordinating with partner teams to address field issues.

Lead 15-20 Sales Promoters, monitor daily promoter activities, and conduct field trainings to boost performance and program execution.

Qualifications

• Must have at least Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of related field experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage team and area; good communication and social media marketing skills.
• Preferably staff (non-management) in Sales - Financial Services or equivalent.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.
• Able to work shifting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area.
• Daily visits to merchants and build good relationships with PIC store.
• Ensure programs in its area run well and sales targets are met.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information on sales, competitors and field issues.
• Handle around 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Monitor the daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for Promoter.
