Cermati Fintech Group is seeking a Field Sales Leader in Bogor to drive area targets and manage a team of 15-20 Promoters. You will visit merchants daily, nurture store relationships, and ensure in-store promotions and program targets are met.

Qualifications

• Senior High School or Diploma is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
• Strong leadership and able to manage team and area with good communication and marketing skills using social media.
• Preferably staff non-management in sales-related financial services or equivalent.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.
• Able to work shifting.
• Placement: Bogor.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the assigned area.
• Visit merchants daily and build strong relationships with PIC store.
• Ensure programs in the area run smoothly and targets are met.
• Ensure placement of POP materials promotions in-store.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams for sales info and field issues.
• Manage around 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for Promoters.
