Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group in Bogor is seeking a results-driven Sales Area Leader to drive area sales targets and oversee field teams. You will manage merchant visits, promotions placement, and cross-functional coordination to ensure programs meet targets.

The role involves leading roughly 4 promoter leaders and about 80 promoters, monitoring daily promoter activities, and conducting training to maintain program effectiveness. Prior sales leadership and familiarity with MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably in Sales - Financial Services or equivalent.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area.
• Daily visit to merchant.
• Ensuring the program in its area runs well and the program's sales target can be met.
• To ensure placement POP material promotion in store.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field issues.
• Handle around 4 Sales Promoter Leaders with around 80 Sales promoters.
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for promoters.
• Monitoring data 1st billing by promoter and by merchant.
