Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring our brands to life through outstanding retail execution and strong partnerships in GT and MT channels. The role covers Kotabumi and surrounding Lampung areas with on-site work six days a week.

You will own shelf visibility, build retailer partnerships, and drive campaigns with precise in-store activation. This entry-to-mid level role welcomes fresh graduates willing to travel across Indonesia.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (S1), minimum GPA 2.75
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Results-driven, proactive, and growth-oriented
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Agile, resilient, and quick to learn
Team player who enjoys connecting with people
Ready to work in the field, travel regularly, and relocate across Indonesia
Valid SIM C and/or SIM A required

Responsibilities

Execute trade programs and in-store activities to boost product visibility and availability.
Build strong relationships with retailers across GT and MT channels.
Expand distribution and ensure excellent execution in your assigned territory.
Identify market opportunities and share insights to drive business growth.
Track performance, solve challenges, and deliver impactful results in the field.
