Job summary

Himalaya Everest Jaya in West Jakarta is seeking a Product Support Engineer to visit customers, understand their needs, and provide product consultation and support across industrial products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Product Support, Technical Sales Support, Customer Support or similar roles.
• Understanding of electrical products, PLC, inverter/VFD, or industrial automation preferred.
• Strong interest in customer-facing roles, product consultation and solution-based support.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to conduct regular customer visits and work in a mobile role.
• Own a motorcycle and have a valid SIM C.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational needs and provide product consultation.
• Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements and applications.
• Provide product guidance, usage support and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs, issues, service schedules and after-sales support.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure positive customer experience and product satisfaction.
• Prepare service reports, customer visit records and other documentation.
