Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant science or engineering field.
• Proficient English and Indonesian communication skills.
• 3–5 years in application engineering, technical sales, machine vision, industrial automation, or related field.
• Experience with customer demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, troubleshooting, data analysis, or system integration preferred.
• Willing to travel within Indonesia and occasionally overseas for customer visits and project support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application support through product consultations, feasibility studies, demonstrations, training, performance evaluations, data analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Manage assigned projects from technical evaluation and proof of concept through implementation and final handover.
• Coordinate project requirements, schedules, samples, testing conditions, data collection, technical reports with customers and internal teams.
• Plan and conduct Proof-of-Concept activities, product demonstrations, application testing for measurement and inspection solutions.
• Conduct customer visits and deliver technical presentations, solution proposals, system concepts, and project plans.
• Prepare and deliver product and application training for distributors, system integrators, and customers.
• Develop technical reports, application notes, testing procedures, and user guides for project execution.
• Monitor customer applications, competitor activities, and emerging measurement requirements.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports covering project status and follow-up actions.
• Escalate risks and dependencies to Application Engineering Manager promptly.
