Zusammenfassung

PT. VSK MEDICAL EQUIPMENT seeks a Technical Support & Troubleshooting specialist in Jakarta Selatan to provide remote and on-site support for medical devices, resolving hardware and software issues and minimizing downtime.

Responsibilities include installation, calibration, validation, and preventive maintenance, as well as user training and collaboration with sales, R&D, and product teams. 3+ years in a customer-facing role and a background in electronics/mechanical engineering are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or above in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably as a Field Service Engineer or After-Sales Engineer in the medical device industry.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Decent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; Chinese language skill is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to resolve complex hardware and software issues.
• Lead or support installation, calibration, and operational qualification of medical devices at customer sites.
• Conduct operational and technical training sessions for clinicians and engineers to utilize our systems to their full potential.
• Record all repairs and service activities, summarize and analyze repair records, report them for resolution, and provide feedback to R&D and Product Management.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs of various medical equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide pre-sales, sales, and after-sales technical support in coordination with the company's sales team.
• Complete tasks assigned by superiors promptly and effectively.
