Job summary

Himalaya Everest Jaya in West Jakarta is seeking a Product Support Engineer to visit customers, understand their needs, and provide product consultation and support across industrial products.

The role involves recommending solutions, offering usage guidance, coordinating with internal teams for service scheduling and after-sales support, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. A motorbike and SIM C are required for mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Product Support, Technical Sales Support, Customer Support or similar roles.
• Understanding of electrical products, PLC, inverter/VFD, or industrial automation preferred.
• Strong interest in customer-facing roles, product consultation and solution-based support.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to conduct regular customer visits and work in a mobile role.
• Own a motorcycle and have a valid SIM C.
