Sefas Group is seeking a Technical Engineer Intern to support our technical and sales teams with product applications, customer support, and technical documentation in Jakarta. This hands-on internship offers exposure to industrial engineering and real business projects, helping you build practical knowledge.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates in mechanical or chemical engineering with strong analytical and communication skills, a proactive, team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Strong interest in technical sales or application engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and a team player.
• Having a valid SIM A & SIM C is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Learn product knowledge, applications, and industry sectors served by the Company.
• Assist the technical and sales teams in product recommendations and customer support.
• Support customer visits, product trials, and troubleshooting activities.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing technical data and laboratory results.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Support presales and after-sales service activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide technical solutions and improve customer satisfaction.

As a Technical Engineer Intern, you will support our technical and sales teams by assisting with product applications, customer support, and technical documentation. Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
