Job summary

Cermati is recruiting a field sales supervisor in Indonesia to drive partner sales targets and manage field activities across the area. You will visit five points of sale daily, coordinate with partner teams, and monitor field operations to ensure targets are met.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and at least one year of supervisor experience in retail (smartphone/electronics). Mobility and strong relationship skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of supervisor experience in smartphone/electronics retail.
• Strong network in the retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for partner sales targets in the area.
• Make 5 POS visits every day.
• Ensure the program runs well and sales targets are met.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams for information on sales, competitors and field issues.
• Monitor daily activities of field teams at partners.
• Conduct field team training with partners (offline/online).
