Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group in Indonesia is seeking a field sales supervisor to drive partner sales targets in the specified area. You will visit partners, monitor field activities, and coordinate with partner operations to keep programs on track.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for partner sales targets in the area.
• Make 5 POS visits every day.
• Ensure the program in its area runs well and sales targets can be met.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field issues.
• Monitor the daily activities of field teams at partners.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training with partners (offline/online).
