HSBC Indonesia is seeking a Staff Collection Field Payment Assistant Pre Write Off to perform field visits, contact overdue customers, and negotiate arrears repayment while upholding the bank's image.

The role focuses on engaging customers through a period of financial difficulty to reach mutually beneficial agreements, delivering professional service and ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Formación

• Minimum requirements include experience in collections and a bachelor/associate degree in accounting or related field.
• Must be able to work in field settings and visit customers on-site to collect arrears.
• Proven negotiation and communication abilities with attention to regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Submit and process customer invoices through portals to ensure timely payment.
• Handle cash receipting procedures (EFT and credit card) following established procedures.
• Research and process valid customer refunds and resolve payment discrepancies with branches.
• Distribute ATBs and analyze overdue amounts and expected payment dates.
• Investigate and resolve client queries and provide payment support to branches.
• Reconcile customer accounts in Sage Accounting Software and communicate with clients via phone or email.
