Job summary

Daewoong Bio Indonesia’s BWork Uluwatu Café seeks an experienced café manager to drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and strategic partnerships in Bali. You will lead daily operations, recruit and develop the F&B team, manage costs, and ensure service excellence while delivering on KPIs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in restaurant or café management, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Willingness to relocate to Bali is required.

Job description

Drive the commercial growth and profitability of BWork Uluwatu Café by increasing revenue, foot traffic, strategic partnerships, and customer retention while maintaining operational excellence and service quality.

Key responsibilities

Achieve 100% monthly café revenue target and annual business growth.

Increase daily customer traffic through strategic partnerships, events, and promotional activities.

Generate new revenue streams through corporate sales, catering, private events, and business collaborations.

Maintain COGS, labor cost, and operational expenses within approved budget while maximizing profitability.

Achieve customer satisfaction target (Google Rating ≥ 4.8) and increase repeat customer visits.

Build a high-performing, sales-driven F&B team to consistently achieve commercial and operational KPIs.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue and profitability targets.

Build strategic partnerships with hotels, villas, gyms, surf schools, wellness operators, corporate clients, and local communities to increase customer traffic.

Lead daily café operations, ensuring excellent service quality, guest satisfaction, and smooth operational execution.

Manage and develop the F&B team through recruitment, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

About you

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or café management, including sales or business development responsibilities.

Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and increasing customer traffic.

Strong commercial, negotiation, and business development skills.

Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, COGS, inventory, budgeting, and cost control.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Willing and/or able to relocate.
