Daewoong Bio Indonesia’s BWork Uluwatu Café seeks an experienced café manager to drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and strategic partnerships in Bali. You will lead daily operations, recruit and develop the F&B team, manage costs, and ensure service excellence while delivering on KPIs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in restaurant or café management, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Willingness to relocate to Bali is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Achieve 100% monthly café revenue target.
• Increase daily customer traffic through partnerships and events.
• Develop revenue streams via catering and corporate events.
• Manage COGS, labor cost, and expenses within budget.
• Lead and develop the F&B team with training and scheduling.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and service quality.
