Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food presentation is clean, attractive, and served on time.

• Support stock checking, ingredient preparation, and kitchen inventory control.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Assist Senior Cook or Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Coordinate with service team to ensure smooth food delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Handle kitchen equipment properly and report maintenance issues when needed.
• Be disciplined, teamwork-oriented, and ready to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
