PT. Masaya Trip Indonesia is seeking an Operations – Lead Generation Specialist to support restaurant partnership expansion.
You will identify potential partners, perform initial outreach, qualify prospects, and maintain an accurate lead pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities for the Business Development team. The Operations – Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for supporting the Company's restaurant partnership expansion by identifying potential restaurant partners, conducting initial outreach, qualifying prospects, and maintaining an accurate lead pipeline. The role focuses on ensuring that the Business Development team receives a consistent flow of qualified and relevant restaurant leads while maintaining accurate records and proper follow-up throughout the lead generation process.
Key responsibilities
Identify and research potential restaurants, cafes, beach clubs, and other F&B businesses based on the Company's target areas, restaurant segments, and business requirements
Review and qualify potential restaurant partners based on established criteria, including business status, location, cuisine, contact information, decision-maker availability, and existing partnership or exclusivity arrangements
Contact potential restaurant partners through telephone, WhatsApp, or other approved communication channels to introduce Masaya Trip and identify their initial interest in partnership opportunities
Record all prospect information, communication attempts, responses, and lead status accurately in the Company's designated tracker or system
Assign qualified leads to the appropriate Business Development team member according to the Company's designated area or assignment system and communicate qualified leads to the relevant team member promptly
Monitor the availability and distribution of qualified leads across the Business Development team and assist in maintaining a sufficient lead pipeline
Verify prospect information before adding new leads and ensure that duplicate, outdated, inactive, or inaccurate leads are not unnecessarily added to the pipeline
Coordinate with the Business Development team regarding lead quality and feedback and adjust prospecting and qualification approaches based on operational requirements
Prepare regular lead generation and pipeline reports, including the number of prospects sourced, qualified leads, contact results, and other relevant performance information
Report unusual, suspicious, fraudulent, or problematic business listings to the Head of B2C Supply or Management and assist in resolving lead-generation-related issues
About you
Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations, Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Service, or a similar role, preferably within the Leisure, Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, OTA, or F&B industry
Good understanding of the Bali restaurant and hospitality market, with knowledge of major tourism areas and local F&B businesses considered an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently conduct initial conversations with restaurant owners, managers, or decision-makers
Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage large amounts of lead information, maintain accurate records, identify duplicates, and follow established procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, CRM systems, WhatsApp, and other digital communication tools
Able to work with targets and deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage, particularly for communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
