Job summary

Eka Jaya Group is seeking an HR Generalist to lead factory recruitment, training, and development initiatives in our Tangerang plant. The role focuses on mass recruitment for factory and operational positions, implementing training programs, and ensuring compliance with safety and HR standards.

You will support People & Organizational Development, handle industrial relations, and maintain HR data reporting to enable informed decisions. A dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist in an FMCG company.
• Proven experience handling mass recruitment for factory and operational positions.
• Hands-on experience in managing factory training programs and certifications (K3, GMP, HACCP, BNSP).
• Strong understanding and application of POD (People & Organizational Development).
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, plant safety compliance, and industrial relations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Factory Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for factory and operational roles, driving mass recruitment initiatives to fulfill plant staffing needs efficiently.
• Training Program Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute factory training programs derived from the plant-wide skill matrix to address operational skill gaps.
• Factory Certifications & Compliance: Manage mandatory factory certifications and licenses, ensuring continuous audit readiness for safety, quality, and technical standards (K3, GMP, HACCP, BNSP).
• POD: Support POD initiatives within the plant, including performance reviews, talent assessments, and local capability building.
• Industrial Relations & Employee Care: Support industrial relations management, resolve employee grievances proactively, and enforce consistent disciplinary procedures.
• HR Operations & Data Reporting: Maintain accurate HR operational databases and generate periodic plant workforce reports to support decision-making.
