Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking an HRGA Manager to lead the full HRGA function within a Japan-based manufacturing environment in Indonesia. The role focuses on workforce planning, employee development, and legal compliance to support organisational stability and growth.

Responsibilities include managing HR policies, recruitment, industrial relations, and general affairs, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labour regulations while driving effective operations and vendor management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HRGA experience with 4+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in a Japan-based manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in industrial relations, bipartite meetings, and labour disputes.
• Educational background in Law is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HRGA functions including workforce planning, employee development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy implementation.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to hire professionals across levels.
• Handle industrial relations matters, bipartite meetings, grievances, and compliance with Indonesian labour regulations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, contracts and other legal requirements.
