Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations in a manufacturing environment in East Java. You will manage payroll, recruitment, learning and development, and compensation and benefits to support a productive workforce.

The role requires at least 15 years in HR with managerial experience; manufacturing experience is highly preferred. Fluent English is essential, and you will handle industrial relations including union matters and Collective Labour

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of HR experience with at least one managerial role.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting is highly preferred.
• Fluent English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR functions including payroll, recruitment, learning and development, and compensation and benefits.
• Oversee payroll administration and accurate employee compensation delivery.
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition across the organisation.
• Support employee learning and development initiatives.
• Manage industrial relations including labour unions, bipartite forums, and Collective Labour Agreement negotiations.
