Job summary

PT Refcor Daya Teknologi, a leading distributor and installer of Data Centre, Building, and civil equipment, seeks an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR functions in Tangerang. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, contract preparation, and daily HR administration.

This role involves coordinating with divisions to address employee issues, planning training, and implementing industrial relations practices to maintain a compliant, productive workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education, preferably in Human Resources or Law.
• Communicative, integrity-driven, and well-organized.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Respectful of colleagues with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Conduct onboarding for new employees and offboarding for departing employees.
• Prepare employment contracts for new employees.
• Manage HR administration including attendance recapitulation and daily overtime records.
• Apply industrial relations practices to address employee issues.
• Plan training and development programs for internal employees.
• Coordinate with consultant teams regarding employee benefits (BPJS, compensation, etc.).
• Collaborate with all divisions to resolve problems.
• Create performance assessment frameworks for all divisions.
• Handle other HR administration tasks.
