Job summary

PT Indonic Tangerang Investment is seeking a Facilities Operations Leader to plan and oversee building maintenance, cleaning, landscape and security services at our Karawang site. You will ensure timely delivery, budget adherence and quality as per SLA.

The role requires guiding teams, coordinating with clients and vendors, and implementing continuous improvement to elevate service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Industrial Engineering, Facility Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years in facility management or building operations.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience managing integrated services (maintenance, cleaning, landscape, security).
• Strong knowledge of building MEP systems, preventive maintenance and contractor management.
• Experience in client management, budgeting, reporting and SLA monitoring.

Job description

Key responsibilities

Prepare operational plans, maintenance schedules, manpower plans, budgets and progress reports

Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams

Monitor technician and operational-team performance and allocate manpower effectively

Conduct routine site inspections and ensure findings are resolved promptly

Manage preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance activities

Monitor work orders, asset conditions, recurring problems and contractor performance

Ensure compliance with K3 requirements, SOP, Permit to Work and applicable regulations

Handle client complaints and escalations and provide effective technical or operational solutions

Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality and client satisfaction

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Industrial Engineering, Facility Management, or a related discipline

Minimum 7 years of experience in facility management, building operations, property management or maintenance

Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role

Experience managing integrated services covering maintenance, cleaning, landscape and security

Good understanding of building MEP systems, preventive maintenance and contractor management

Proven ability to manage technicians, supervisors and outsourced manpower

Experienced in client management, budgeting, reporting, SLA monitoring and issue escalation

Good knowledge of occupational health and safety practices

Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills

Willing to work on-site and be available for operational emergencies in Karawang
