Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Building Manager to oversee maintenance, security, tenant relations, and staff supervision at the Tangerang site. The role requires a background in Architecture or Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of building management experience.

You will manage M&E systems, HVAC, plumbing, and safety compliance while coordinating with tenants and vendors. The ideal candidate will lead onsite teams, manage budgets and contracts, and ensure reliable facility operation.

Job description

Maintenance & Facilities:

Scheduling and supervising routine cleaning, repairs, and preventative maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Security & Safety:

Overseeing security personnel, fire safety systems, and conducting regular safety inspections, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Tenant/Occupant Relations:

Serving as the main point of contact for occupants, addressing complaints, and managing lease or service agreements.

Staff Supervision:

Managing onsite staff such as custodians, security, and maintenance personnel.

Financial & Administrative:

Managing operating budgets, vendor contracts, and collecting its contributions.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor Degree of Architect or Civil Engineering.

Have minimum 3 years working experiences as Building Manager.

Proficient knowledge about M&E, HVAC, and plumbing.

Proficient knowledge about IMB, SLF (Sertifikat Laik Fungsi), K3.

Proficient leadership and communication skill for managing tenant, vendor, and internal team.

Hardworker and truthful.

Domicile in Gading Serpong or nearby area is advantageous.
