Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. is seeking an Officer for Housekeeping & Landscape at SummaRECON Mall Makassar. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with fresh graduates welcomed and experience a plus in housekeeping, landscape, or facilities management.

You will monitor cleanliness, landscape maintenance, pest control, and public areas, coordinating with staff, vendors, and departments to ensure standards are met and documented for reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hospitality, Management, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in Housekeeping, Landscape, Facility Management, or Operations is an advantage.
• Good understanding of housekeeping, cleaning standards, landscape maintenance, pest control, and public area maintenance.
• Able to monitor activities and coordinate with staff, vendors, and departments.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Monitor housekeeping and landscape activities to meet cleanliness and area maintenance standards.
• Conduct regular checks of cleanliness, landscape, and public area conditions; follow up on improvements.
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff, landscape staff, vendors, and departments for operations.
• Monitor cleaning, landscape maintenance, pest control, and public area maintenance per schedules.
• Maintain documentation and prepare reports; assist in evaluations to maintain area quality.

Job Description

• Monitor and ensure housekeeping and landscape activities are carried out in accordance with established cleanliness, tidiness, and area maintenance standards.
• Conduct regular checks of cleanliness, tidiness, landscape, and public area conditions, and follow up on findings that require improvement.
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff, landscape staff, vendors, and relevant departments in carrying out operational activities.
• Monitor the implementation of cleaning, landscape maintenance, pest control, and public area maintenance according to applicable schedules and procedures.
• Maintain documentation and prepare housekeeping and landscape activity reports, and assist in conducting evaluations to maintain area quality.
