Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the facilities and building operations team across client sites in Indonesia. You will oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and the operating budget to ensure seamless service delivery and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facilities and building operations team.

Job description

• Lead the facilities and building operations team
• Responsible for facility maintenance and repair, as well day-to-day operations at a client’s site, including the operational budget
• Manage the overall operational concerns and services, including safety and security, housekeeping, receptionist, and maintenance of the building automation, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain the service level of service contracts and vendors that are appropriate

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, majoring in civil, architecture, mechanical, electrical engineering, or any other relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience, including experience in a managerial capacity, managing the operations of a 24x7
• Strong communication skills, including a proficient command of English.
