Job summary

ISS Indonesia is seeking a Senior Facility Manager to oversee and optimize our Surabaya facility. You will lead the FM team, coordinate maintenance, and implement emergency protocols to ensure reliable operations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in FM, strong MEP knowledge, and proven budget management. Fluency in English and professional certifications are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years experience as Facility Manager/Building/Engineering & Maintenance manager.
• Experience handling MEP/Electrical/HVAC/Chiller/Boiler in manufacturing utilities.
• Excellent English language spoken and written.
• Strong project management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing regular building maintenance and repairs.
• Managing and directing the FM team.
• Preparing and carrying out emergency protocols and procedures.
• Managing budget as per commercial model.
• Liaising with sub-contractors and facilities-related institutions.
• Conducting regular building inspections and reporting.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
• More than 5 year’s experiences as Facility Manager/Facility Management/Chief Engineer/Building Manager/Engineering & Maintenance manager
• More than 5 years’ experience handle in MEP/Electrical /HVAC/Chiller/Boiler jobs (manufacturing utilities)
• Excellent English language spoken as well as written.
• Excellent Project Management, negotiation and problem-solving skill.
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Has strong experiences in managing financial performance.
• Service oriented, positive attitude, and adaptive to changes.
• Greenship Professional Certification preferred.
• BOMA Certification preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and overseeing regular building maintenance and repairs.
• Managing and directing team.
• Preparing and carrying out emergency protocols and procedures related to FM responsibilities.

• Managing institution related to facility management such as sub-contractor.
• Conducting regular building inspections and preparing reports.
• Ensuring facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes.
• Follow thru to any inquiries and solving any facility services problems or issues.
• Responsible for continuous monitoring and optimization of the facility performance. This could include provide solution.
• Managing facility asset such as inventorying, updating, maintaining, and disposal if needed.
• Responsible for people management include team’s competencies, individual performance and development.
• Responsible with the health, safety & environment implementation in their daily work and their work area within the organization.
• Ensure and reminder all subordinates didn’t involve in all anti bribery practices in their daily work.
