You will supervise daily F&B operations, mentor staff, conduct pre-shift briefings, coordinate with kitchen, and ensure health & safety standards while upholding the brand's Sanctuary for the Soul ethos.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism qualification preferred.
• Food safety and hygiene certification is required.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal); Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and guest-service mindset for luxury boutique hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations and lead a service team.
• Train and mentor service staff; conduct pre-shift briefings.
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure food quality and timely service.
