Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; preferably with a diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field. Valid food handling and beverage service certifications as required by local regulations. Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken); Indonesian language proficiency is essential. Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in bar service roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader capacity within the hospitality industry.
