Job summary

Pepito Group in Bali is seeking a capable F&B Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations, ensure consistent service, monitor SOPs, and coordinate with kitchen and other departments.

The role emphasizes staff coaching, achieving sales targets, maintaining food safety and hygiene, managing inventory, and preparing daily reports awaiting the Outlet Manager; Bali-based candidates are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a restaurant, café, bakery, or similar business.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader position is preferred.
• Strong understanding of F&B service, outlet operations, food safety, hygiene, and customer service standards.
• Good leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented, responsible, proactive, and target-driven.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges effectively.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Candidates who are currently based in Bali are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent service.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the outlet team to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and professionally handle customer feedback or complaints.
• Monitor product quality, food presentation, cleanliness, hygiene, and outlet standards.
• Assist in monitoring inventory, stock availability, wastage, and operational costs.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Conduct staff briefings and ensure effective communication of operational updates.
• Prepare and submit daily operational and sales reports to the Outlet Manager.
• Support the Outlet Manager in implementing operational improvements and achieving business objectives.
