Job summary

Savaya Group is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee on-floor Food and Beverage service across our Bali venues. You will supervise servers, coordinate teams, maintain service standards, and drive a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates will lead by example, communicate clearly, and stay calm during peak periods, events, and high-volume operations, ensuring safety and consistency throughout the shift.

• Experience leading Food & Beverage service on busy floors.

Responsibilities
