Job summary

Pepito Culinary in Bali is seeking an F&B Outlet Manager to lead daily operations across our Bali area outlets, ensuring service quality and product excellence.

You will drive sales and profitability, supervise and develop the outlet team, implement SOPs, food safety, and cost controls, and coordinate with Kitchen, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance to ensure smooth performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, F&B Management, Business Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in F&B operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing restaurant, café, bakery, grab‑and‑go or similar outlets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Understanding of F&B operations, service standards, food safety, and cost control.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales and target oriented with strong operational discipline.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Candidates based in Bali are highly preferred.

F&B/CULINARY OUTLET MANAGER (BALI AREA)

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, F&B Management, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.

Experience managing restaurant, café, bakery, grab-and-go, or similar F&B outlet operations is highly preferred.

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Good understanding of F&B operations, service standards, food safety, inventory, and cost control.

Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Sales and target-oriented with strong operational discipline.

Able to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced operational environment.

Candidates who are currently based in Bali are highly preferred.

Willing to work on a shift basis, weekends, and public holidays when required.
